How to Apply for the Maharashtra Farmer Registry
Step 1: Visit the Official Website
- Go to the official website: mhfr.agristack.gov.in
Step 2: Create a New Account
- Click on Framer and Click on “Create New User.”
- Enter your Aadhaar number for eKYC verification.
- Submit the required details and an OTP will be sent to your Aadhaar-linked mobile number.
- Enter the OTP and verify your Aadhaar details.
- Provide additional information such as your name, gender, date of birth, and contact details.
Fill in Personal Details:
- Verify your Name, Date of Birth, Gender, and Address.
- If any details need to be updated, make corrections.
- Click On the green Colour “Verified Ok” and Open the Popup like given image below.
- To verify your mobile number, you will receive an OTP on the mobile number linked to your Aadhaar, enter that OTP and click on the ‘verify” button.
Step 3: Set Up a Password
- Create a strong password (e.g., Name@123).
- Confirm the password and click on “Create My Account.”
- After successful registration, log in using your mobile number and password or via OTP authentication.
Log in to Your Account:
- After creating your account, select “Farmer” again.
- Enter your Registered Mobile Number and Password.
- Fill in the Captcha Code and click Login.
Step 4: Enter Farmer Details
- After logging in, select “Register as Farmer.”
- Check and verify your personal and residential details as per your Aadhaar card.
- If needed, update your address or add additional addresses.
- Select your Caste Category and Identity Type -such as “SO (Son of)“, Wo”(Wife of”), Co (Care of), or Do (Daughter Of).
Step 5: Provide Land Details
- Now on the Land ownership details page, select the “Owner” option in “Farmer Type”.
- In Occupation Details, you have to choose one of the two options, 1. Agriculture, 2. Land-owning Farmer
- click on “Fetch Land Details”, Select your district, taluka, and village where your farm is located.
- Enter the survey number or group number of your land.
- Your land details will be displayed automatically.
- Select the land (Check Box) you want to register and click Submit. See Below Image.
- Then Click on Verify All Land.
Submit the Application:
- Choose the Department of Approval from Agriculture and Revenue.
- In Farmer Consent Click on the “I Agree” option and, and Check the box “Is For Use Case Request (USCR)”, click Save.
Step 6: Final Submission and Verification
- Review all entered details, including your personal, land, and agricultural information.
- Proceed to e-sign using your Aadhaar-linked mobile number.
- Enter the OTP received and apply.
Step 7: Download Your Farmer ID
- After successful submission, an Enrollment ID will be generated.
- Download and save the PDF of your application receipt.
- Regularly check your application status by logging into the website and selecting “Check Enrollment Status.”
